Fixed Departure Treks in February 2025

Yes, it is advisable to book a fixed departure trek tour in advance, since our fixed trek packages are available on a first come first serve basis.

The number of people in a group varies from one to the other, from 3 to 10 to 15 people.

The cars that we provide are very safe, convenient, offer decent speed, acceleration, mileage, and are capable of withstanding the various road conditions in India. The cars that we provide range from Scorpio and Mahindra to Jeep Wrangler.

You are welcome to join our group, and it is extremely safe as we give the utmost priority to the safety of our female travellers.

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

We accept different modes of payment, from Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card, American Express etc. Cash payment is acceptable only under certain circumstances, for example, when there is a problem with online mode of payment.
