Fixed Departure Treks in January 2025

The maximum group size in a fixed departure trekking group can vary from 3 to 10 to 15 members.

We offer fixed departure treks on a first come first serve basis, as the seats are limited, so you should book as early as possible. 

We provide cars that are extremely safe, convenient, offer decent speed, mileage and acceleration, and capable of withstanding the diverse road conditions in India. Our vehicle choices range from Scorpio and Mahindra to Jeep Wrangler.

Yes, it is absolutely safe for a solo female traveller to take a fixed departure trek in January. Safety of female travellers is our topmost priority, and we take the greatest care to ensure that they have nothing to worry about. 

We accept all modes of payment including Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card, American Express etc. Cash payment will only be accepted when there is a problem with online modes of payment.

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
